Helping the Aging, Needy and Disabled (H.A.N.D.), a division of Meals on Wheels Central Texas, assist clients with in home care services to help maintain independence and remain at home to "Age in Place". We assist with activities of daily living (ADL's) including: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, assisting on/off bed, with hygiene needs; hair/skin care; cleaning-shopping-meal preparation-laundry, transfer and ambulation. Private pay or sliding scale payment based on your income. Services may be funded through The Department of Aging and Disability Services, Amerigroup, Evercare or the Area Agency on Aging for those who qualify.
