The Law Office of Christina
Lesher is dedicated to elder and disability law. We serve as a one-stop shop
for people in need of information, assistance, and legal counsel on a
wide range of elder law
matters matters. Christina Lesher advises and assists
clients with Medicaid planning, probate administration, guardianships,
estate planning, and special needs trusts.
Ms. Lesher is also a licensed social worker
spending three years
prior to law school assisting families with Medicaid qualification
issues. Following law school, Ms. Lesher clerked at a private firm devoted to
Medicaid planning. She has dedicated her legal education and her career
to the practice of elder law.
As a legal assistant and social worker, Attorney
Lesher helped families gather the
appropriate documentation in order to apply for governmental assistance
for nursing home benefits. After working as a legal assistant and
social worker for several years, she applied to law school and began my
judicial studies at the University of Houston Law Center.
