Care Connections is a FREE senior referral and placement service serving Austin and San Antonio seniors and their families. We also will provide you with a FREE consultation by a Licensed Social Worker or Client Consultant to ultimately narrow your search and help you make an informed decision about an appropriate senior living community.

We help locate the right retirement community, senior apartment, assisted living, or nursing home facility. While there are many senior healthcare resources available to you, the process of making a confident, informed decision can still be extremely overwhelming. 

Care Connections understands that every person and family we work with has a unique set of circumstances, so our goal is to provide appropriate options based upon your individual needs. 

Regardless of who you are searching for, we will be with you every step of the way.  We have done all the research so you don't have to - and again, our service is FREE to you!
