We also look for issues of concern for older persons or their representatives with respect to insurance, housing, long term care, employment, and retirement. We would be happy to meet with you and your family to discuss these issues.
H. Clyde Farrell founded this practice in 1993 and Bliss Burdett Pak joined as a partner in April 2010. Farrell & Pak PLLC serves as counsel to elderly Texans, their caregivers, power-of-attorney agents and families. Their focus is on financing long-term care, the estate planning implications when long-term care is required and coordination of private insurance, public benefits such as Medicaid and other resources available to cover medical and other costs of care.
The goal of H. Clyde Farrell of Farrell & Pak is to enable families to provide the best quality of life and appropriate care for their loved ones. The outcome we seek is peace of mind for caregivers, based on the knowledge that they have planned adequately for their family's legal and financial needs.
Today, elder Texans and their families face increasingly complex decisions about legal and financial matters, particularly those related to health care:
Many of our clients face expensive medical needs, such as long-term care in their own home, in an Assisted Living Facility or in a nursing home. We help them and their families conserve their assets as much as possible, while seeking the best possible care in the most desirable environment. Providing peace of mind for our clients is one of our foremost goals.
