Our apartment
community is designed within three court areas:
The Center Court features a rich lawn, well-tended flower beds and a
central rock patio with comfortable garden furniture. This courtyard
includes one and two bedroom floorplans (B, C, D, E and G plans). The North Court is built around an immaculately maintained swimming
pool surrounded by mature palm and oak trees and abundant flower
beds. The management office and one of two convenient clothes
care centers are located in this courtyard, along with a variety of
one and two bedroom apartment styles (A, B, C and G floorplans).
The South Court contains our second generously sized swimming
pool where water exercise classes are held in warm weather and our
second clothes care center. The newly redecorated clubroom, which
is the heard of the community, is also located here. The staff, as well
as French Quarter resident volunteers, offer a variety of resident
activities. Floorplans in this courtyard are D, E and G plans.

The
French Quarter Austin Apartments offers well-appointed floor plans
where you can escape from the ordinary. Our apartment home floor plans range from efficient one
bedroom and one bath to extremely large two bedroom and two bath with den styles
that provide enough floor space and storage space to accommodate those who are
downsizing from homes. Our one
bedrooms are $679.00 / mo. with our two bedrooms
ranging from $810.00
to $1,029.00 a month.
Each apartment home includes central air conditioning and
gas heating. Our rental rates include the cost of gas for heating, hot water, cooking and
trash pickup. Residents pay only their personal electricity and
water/wastewater usage. Retreat where tranquility
