Heritage Park is a licensed, Medicare and Medicaid skilled nursing and rehabilitation center centrally located in Austin. It is one of the largest nursing facilities in the area and licensed for 203 beds.

It is also one of the finest nursing homes in the state. We currently provide skilled nursing care for 196 residents in an environment with a diverse culture and many fun-filled activities.

Live entertainment, arts & crafts, table games, Spanish social hour, popcorn and movies, religious music, monthly resident birthday parties, bus tours, Catholic Communion, bowling, sensory stimulation, laser entertainment, and coffee/doughnut socials are just a few of the many activities that enhance our residents’ lives. We also participate in the annual community Senior Olympic Games.

Each month Heritage Park hosts a Resident Council meeting in which each resident has the opportunity to participate and suggest ways to improve facility living. Resident Council is encouraged to make suggestions and recommendations directly to the administration.

Heritage Park is a very attractive facility that is located at the heart of a vibrant and diverse community which has become a social network where friends and family members meet and interact. They are also encouraged to participate in our monthly “friend and family” council meeting. We use the advice of this panel to pursue our commitment to higher standards in skilled nursing care.
