is already known about nursing home care. What we offer is an affordable,
practical and caring alternative called Residential Care. Families

Residential Care Homes.
About
Our Residential Care Homes
Our small residential care homes
are licensed
for 2 to 6 people. We provide a safe, comfortable and dignified environment
for those who need intermittent care throughout the day and night.
Room and board, housekeeping and laundry services, as well as companionship
for frail elderly and the disabled is provided. We are also in close proximity to three medical
hospital facilities. Below are photos of our two homes.
Residential
care facilities are not allowed to provide skilled nursing services,
such as giving injections or maintain catheters or provide colostomy
care. But they can provide assistance with all daily living activities
such as bathing, dressing, talking, urinary or bowel incontinency
care.
Most elderly people find that their needs fall beneath having
to access skilled nursing service and therefore, do not need to
be placed in a nursing home.

Additionally,
we provide lodging, meals, housekeeping, assistance with medications
and other services by a trained professional staff on duty 24-hours
a day. We also offer adult day care.
And although we are not staffed
to provide skilled or round-the-clock
nursing care, should this type of care become necessary due to an
unexpected hospital stay (once the resident has returned) or a temporary
change in one's health, the family is always welcomed to hire
a special duty nurse at their expense until the
health situation has improved.
This added benefit keeps your loved
one from having to be moved when their needs change for a short-time
period. This way, you are only paying additional fees if and when
your loved one needs change.
Special Services

that seniors have especial needs. This is why we invite doctors,
therapists, home health, attendants, nurse practitioners,
nurses, Hospice care staff and a host of other health care professionals into our homes.
Mobile x-ray, blood draws and other labs can often be done in the
comfort of our homes as well. PLUS...except for personal care
services these
type of services are covered by Medicare when accompanied with a
