Therapy Austin is a specialty home care company. We offer physical, occupational and speech therapy
services for patients who need or prefer to be treated in their homes.
Other
services include nursing, medical social work or home health aide services. All
services are provided under a physician’s plan of care and coordinated with the
patient’s physician.
Home Therapy is licensed by the State of Texas, accredited
by the Community Health Accreditation Program and is Medicare certified. As
a specialty company, Home Therapy offers many programs that are unique to the
rehabilitative needs of seniors.
Rehabilitative
Programs
Two such programs are our therapy program for
balance disorders and dizziness and our Safe Steps for Seniorssm, a comprehensive fall prevention
program that includes a useful home safety assessment and intervention plan.
The
Home Therapy team of professionals believe that because we have the opportunity
to care for patients in their home, we have the opportunity to support safety
and the patient’s desire to remain in or age in the home. We also work with the
family and primary caregiver helping them to develop a support plan.
Payment

Home Therapy serves Travis and the surrounding
counties and accepts Medicare, some commercial payors, and private payment. For
