Vitality Care is licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability
Services to provide the following home care services:
- Provides non-medical companion/homemaker/personal assistance services
- Serves seniors, those recovering from surgery, adults with disabilities, and others
- Provides flexible hours and rates for hourly or 24 hour live-in care
- Hires experienced, compassionate and dependable personal assistants
- Coordinates closely with families to provide peace of mind that loved ones are safe
- Provides hospital sitting and services to individuals in assisted living or nursing home facilities
- Promotes independence and assists with an individual’s wellness goals
- Provides special training on communicating with persons who have Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Hearing Loss or Aphasia
- Provides referral sources if nursing or full home healthcare or other services become necessary

Choosing Home Vitality Care enables you to select from a wide range of services, providing a customized  service plan that precisely fits your needs.
Services
include:
- Socialization, friendship and support for the client
- Meals according to client’s dietary needs
- Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene
- Mobility assistance and helping to prevent falls
- Medication Reminders
- Client’s laundry and bed linens changed
- Cleaning bathroom and kitchen after use, including washing dishes after meals
- Cleaning floors and dusting in client’s living area
- Shopping and other household errands
- Driving and/or accompaniment to appointments
- Providing respite care to relieve family caregivers, including hospital sitting
- Check-in service once or twice a day with minimum 3 hours per service trip
- Helping with correspondence to family and friends
- Organization of paper work, cabinets or closets
- Going on walks and encouraging and participating in stimulating activities and personal exercise programs
