Horizon Bay Vibrant Retirement Living is located in the neighborhood of Brushy Creek at 8005 Cornerwood. Our apartment-style community offers all of the amenities of home without the work. Our Assisted Living Service Program is focused on nurturing residents to help them reach their maximum potential. Our staff seeks to foster independence rather than dependence, and to be sensitive to the individuality, privacy and freedom of choice to which our residents are entitled. In short, care is something we do, not simply a service we provide. With our on-site Resident Program Director, scheduled transportation and dining program – there are opportunities to make new friends or entertain old ones right outside your front door.

Memory Care Program

Our Memory Care Program is a secure living area dedicated to the special needs of the memory impaired. Designed to create pleasant days in what could feel like a confusing world, Traditions offers individually tailored programs that provide compassionate care and meaningful interaction.

Our compassionate staff is specially trained so we can better provide loving and caring relationships for our residents. Guidelines from the Alzheimer’s Association have been used to create an atmosphere that provides residents with a sense of comfort, dignity and well-being, all in a soothing, home-like setting.

Respite Care

Respite care at Horizon Bay is ideal for people who need care for a few days, a week or as long as a month. Whether you need help recovering from a hospital stay or injury, or are a caregiver in need of a little break, our Respite Care program is here for you.

We are committed to providing the assistance you need, including bathing and grooming, organizing activities, providing on-site escorts, medication management and more. Call a community near you for further details and availability.
