The mission of House Cross Living Centers is to provide

are located in Copperas Cove, Harker Heights and Killeen.
Windcrest Living Center, located
in Copperas Cove,
is a 128 skilled nursing beds that offers everything from short term stays for
Medicare residents to long term stays for the elderly. Windcrest is Medicare and Medicaid Certified
with
Physical Occupational and Speech Therapy available.
Indian Oaks Living Center in
Harker Heights provides outstanding nursing and rehabilitative
care. Respite
and daycare available to help meet the needs in the community. Support
groups. A licensed medical team provides 24-hour
skilled nursing care, plus, a Certified Alzheimer’s wing
is on-site to meet the need for specialized care.
The Rosewood Nursing and Rehab in
Killeen offers private
rooms for short term/Medicare residents. This center is also connected
to a 60 unit Assisted Living / Retirement Community offering a full
continum of care for our residents. Wander Guard System.
The nursing and rehab center also offers short term
Medicare rehabilitation stays.
Hill Country Living Center in Copperas Cove is
a 96 unit skilling nursing center with Wander Gaurd System
offering a home like enviroment surrounded
by a caring staff. Medicare and Medicaid Certified. Physical, Occupational
and Speech Therapy available. Hill Country also offers geriatric services including long term care as
well as rehabilitation stays.

Care Hospice offers comfort and
compassion for patients facing a life-limiting illness. We do our best to
create hope and belief that by providing a comforting and sensitive

understanding for the preparation of end-of-life. Licensed by the Texas
Department of Aging and Disability Services. Accepts Medicare
and Private Insurances.
