How
our home care service works
First we identify each customer’s specific needs
then we match a nurse or caregiver's skills and availability to meet those
needs. After service has been provided, each customer signs a timecard
verifying the hours worked.
They are then invoiced at the agreed upon hourly
rate on a weekly basis. With Kelly, companionship and care is delivered
by a reliable Kelly caregiver who has been selected specifically for the
client, based on the client's needs.
Plus, there is no contract. All you sign is the
timecard to verify the hours our caregiver worked and a Service Agreement
acknowledging our charges.
Paying for
Services
With Kelly, we are the employer,
which means, we pay our caregivers
and invoice you for the service based on the hours verified by you on the
timecard.
Our bill rate is all-inclusive
and are based on the skills and experience
required to meet your individual needs.. The majority of
the bill rate goes to pay a competitive wage for our caregivers. This includes
all required payroll taxes, workers' compensation and bonding and insurance for
the caregivers. Our bill rate also
includes supervisory visits of the caregiver assigned to assist you.
You are simply invoiced on a weekly basis for the
hours that you verified on the caregiver's timecard. If you have long-term care
insurance, and you think it might pay for our services, Kelly will verify the coverage with your
insurance company. The coverage is confirmed before service begins so you will
know exactly what level of services are covered.
About our
Caregivers
All Kelly caregivers are insured and
bonded. Kelly is responsible for paying the caregiver, paying social security
taxes, supplying workers' compensation insurance, paying federal and state
