Pfamily Tree Assisted Living is a new 9 bed Type B facility in Pflugerville, TX providing personalized support services to older adults who are in need of assistance with activities of daily living, but do not need skilled medical services. Pfamily Tree Assisted Living are members of the Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club of Pflugerville.

Owners/operators Judi Kennis and Vonnie Stabeno provide the best personal care for their residents. Our staff are certified nurses aides specifically trained in the care of the elderly. Continuing education is provided to the staff at intervals to include CPR. The 24-hour site staff ensures that all residents are treated with dignity and respect and most importantly as individuals.

At Pfamily Tree,  we encourage an active and independent senior lifestyle that features memory care and mental stimulation in a loving, extended family atmosphere. Our small town community environment is rich in daily interaction with activities such as arts and crafts, exercise, reading and much more. Residents are provided fresh home cook meals daily and snacks.

Resident Eligibility

• 60 years of age and older. Can be younger if unable to live alone.
• Requires assistance with personal care
• Ambulatory
• May be confused or incontinent
• Recuperating from hospitalization or surgery
• In need of respite care

Our facility will not deny services to anyone based on race or nationality

Fees

Fees are based on level of care and services required by the resident.

Quality

To protect the health, safety and well being of our residents, we ensure that our home meets the Health & Safety Standards required by Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services.

A unique program developed by Pfamily Tree staff will assist residents in telling and recording their family stories that might otherwise be lost. These video recordings are given to families to reserve individual family histories.
