Since 1975 ResCare HomeCare and its predecessor agencies have been
committed to providing personalized services to individuals of all
ages, physical conditions, and cognitive abilities. Whether you or a
loved one is recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, living with a
chronic disability, or dealing with the natural process of aging, the
dedicated employees at ResCare HomeCare are here to help.
We provide
professional nursing, personal care, home making, respite, and many
other services in the home, the hospital, long-term care facilities,
and other places of residence.
ABOUT OUR
CAREGIVERS
ResCare HomeCare
professionals are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week,
including holidays. We tailor our services to meet your specific needs.
Scheduling can be arranged in increments ranging from as little as one
hour to 24 hours a day. Visit minimums vary by branch.
Our nurses and
caregivers are trained in accordance with state licensing rules and
regulations, are subject to criminal background checks, have provided
satisfactory references prior to employment, and are fully insured.
 SERVICES
PROVIDED ResCare HomeCare provides one-on-one, non-medical personal
assistance to older adults in their homes, assisted living or retirement
community.
Our services can include assistance with light housekeeping, transportation,
meal preparation, and medication reminders to name just a few.
Our screened, bonded and insured caregivers can also
assist with activities of daily living (ADL's) which include transferring,
dressing, grooming, feeding and toileting.
Additionally,
our Life Transition Services
can
assist families during the difficult time when becomes necessary for
a loved one to move from their home steeped in years of memories into independent living, assisted
living, or nursing facility. Our goal is to make this transition as stress-free as
possible for you and your family.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
We offer a variety of individual
services to help with this process including: consultation, professional
referrals,
arranging of facility tours, and assisting with the moving process.
This would include arranging for an
estate sell, packing, moving, unpacking and assistance setting up their new home.
We have also
developed a significant number of relationships with individuals and
organizations that provide a variety of services such as:
Attorneys specializing in Elder Law Attorneys, Medicare and Medicaid
Benefits Counseling, Durable Medical Equipment Companies, Home Modification
and Adaptive Aids, Physicians that specialize in Geriatrics and
Gerontology and so many others!
