Silver Oaks Personal Care provides
your loved one with three delicious
meals and snacks daily, medication management, memory care, assistance with
activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and grooming plus PT/OT/ST by
licensed home health care professionals. Additional

You or your loved one will
enjoy the videos and board games. Our large back yard
is privately enclosed by many trees. Come relax and go to sleep on the
hammock.
Lots of yard for you to start your own garden.
We have “the big event” monthly such as
ceramics, art, storytelling, poetry,
movie/theatre entertainment.

Dietitian
Three RN's are also available
to coordinate care along with a Registered Dietitian. Each
meal served with a beverage: milk, herbal tea, water, lemonade, or
