    Purpose: Calling all Spurs fans! Join us for some great basketball action! We will be watching the San Antonio Spurs play the Cleveland Cavaliers! We are making our annual trip to the AT & T Center in San Antonio, TX on Friday, March 26, 2010. We will leave the Activity Center at 3:30 PM and we will arrive in San Antonio in plenty of time for you to have dinner on your own. The game will start at 7:30 PM and we will be back in San Marcos around 11:00 PM. The trip cost is $53 / person and includes round trip transportation and a ticket to the game! Make sure you bring money for food and souvenirs. Sign up by calling (512) 393-8400 or go by the Parks and Recreation Main Office at 401 E. Hopkins or the San Marcos Activity Center at 501 E. Hopkins. You must fill out a trip liability release form when you register or prior to getting on the bus. Registration begins on January 19th and ends on March 15, 2010 for ages 5 and up. Anyone 18 or younger must be accompanied by an adult.

    Purpose: Family Travel Group 101 Dalmatians - The Musical Saturday, May 8, 2010 Join us on our Family Travel Group trip as we head to the Majestic Theatre in San Antonio to see 101 Dalmatians - The Musical where anyone age 5 and up are welcome to join us!! Dalmatians - The Musical will transport audiences to a slightly topsy-turvy, exciting, and altogether fantastic reality that gives grand license for song, dance and spectacle in a one-of-a-kind show that will leave everyone cheering. The date of the trip is May 8, 2010 and the cost is $71/person and includes round trip transportation and a ticket to the show. We will leave the Activity Center at 10:30 AM, arrive in San Antonio at 11:30 AM and the show is at 2 PM- You will have time for lunch on your own. We will arrive back at the Activity Center around 6 PM. Register by calling (512) 393-8400 or go by the Parks and Recreation Main Office at 401 E. Hopkins or the San Marcos Activity Center at 501 E. Hopkins. You must fill out a trip liability release form when you register or prior to getting on the bus. Registration begins March 1, 2010 and ends April 30, 2010. Anyone 18 or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
