We know that no one cares for family like family. So we designed an affordable senior living solution that gives the whole family what they want: independent lifestyles with the closeness you desire and the dignity you deserve. "Granny Pods" Allow Elderly Family Members to Live In a High-Tech Backyard Cottage.

Evernest is much more than a Granny Pod or Tiny Home. Evernest is an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) which is defined in most zoning ordinances.

The Evernest ADU sits on a concrete foundation and can only be moved with specialized equipment. Evernest includes proprietary design features and technology to ensure that residents can maintain their health and independence as they age.

While not every municipality or subdivision allows ADU's most do and it's becoming a more common building type. Evernest is a comprehensive family caregiving solution that combines the closeness and privacy you want with the dignity your loved one deserves. In fact, several states have recently adopted special ordinances that specifically allow ADUs for healthcare purposes!

Evernest is much more than a "Granny Pod" or Tiny Home.

A basic Evernest is 320 square feet, and takes up about the same amount of space as a standard two-car garage. However, Evernest is designed to feel much larger by making use of high ceilings, lots of windows and space-saving amenities. While Evernest is about the same size as an average hotel room, if you need more space we can expand your Evernest with additional modules.

There are many reasons healthcare at home is just as effective as institutional care: a mobile workforce of skilled caregivers, advanced telehealth and remote caregiving technology supporting the caregivers, and happy patients receiving care where they most prefer to be. The single reason that care at home is less expensive than institutional care is also its greatest opportunity: Home lets family care for family.

Evernest Bedroom

Long-term care decisions are hard.

Fortunately, Evernest isn't.

Evernest is Easy

The decision to move a loved one out of their home is hard. Evernest removes the stress and worry associated with a move to senior care by keeping loved ones close by and connected. We also make planning easy by handling all of the details of delivering Evernest to you when you need it, and and removing it when you don't.

Evernest is Affordable

Many families discover too late that institutional long-term care isn't covered by Medicare. At an average cost of nearly $150,000, it's also not in their budget. Evernest is the affordable senior living solution that lets you spend your money on being together rather than living apart.

Evernest Safety

The safety of our residents is our highest priority. The Evenest team has been designing and building healthcare facilities for more than twenty years and has incorporated the current best safety practices into Evernest. Evernest is designed and constructed to meet or exceed local and state building codes and contains many safety features normally found only in advanced healthcare facilities.

Evernest is Convenient

Institutional long-term care is often isolating and fear-inducing. Nothing matches the peace of mind that comes from having your loved ones near by. Evernest keep families close, and our care monitoring technology keeps families connected 24/7, so you always know your loved one is OK.

Evernest is conceived, designed and constructed by a team of healthcare professionals who have been building care facilities for 20 years. Evernest is designed from the inside out with integrated caregiving features and technologies that make caregiving easier and keep residents healthier, longer. Evernest is also constructed to accommodate new technologies as they become available. From virtual caregiving assistants to companion robots, Evernest is the single care platform that adapts to your evolving needs.

With Evernest, Home is Where Your Family Is.

Why Evernest right for you.

Evernest provides families who choose to provide care themselves with the solution to the number one complaint among families that care for relatives in their home: privacy. Evernest allows families to have as much independence or interaction as they wish. Families can spend together time during meals and favorite shows, and still have separate spaces to retreat to afterward. Evernest combines the closeness you want with the dignity you deserve.

As a private space, Evernest also protects your family from the unseen health risks that are prevalent in senior care facilities. Experts estimate that more than 60% of long-term care institutions contain the viruses and superbugs responsible for 80% of the infections that result in hospital stays for seniors. Evernest's privacy and proximity to family also help avoid the other top health risks prevalent in institutions: malnourishment and sleep deprivation.
