We accept the following forms of payment: Private Pay, Long Term Care Insurance, Vet Assist program, and UHC (coming soon).

Sleep Inversion

Sleep inversion or sleep-wake inversion is a reversal of sleeping tendencies. Individuals experiencing sleep-wake inversion exchange diurnal habits for nocturnal habits, meaning they are active at night and sleep during the day. Sleep-wake inversion, when involuntary, can be a sign of a serious disorder. Our caregivers are ready to assist with sleep inversion patterns caring. Assisting with incremental changes of 15-30 minutes earlier each day, until the desired sleep time pattern is reached.

We Are Contracted with VetAssist

Hands with Heart Home Healthcare provides help and home care services for senior Veterans or their surviving spouses who qualify for the VA Aid and Attendance Pension Benefit.

Vet Assist Program

The VetAssist® Program helps veterans, or their surviving spouses, apply for a Department of Veterans Affairs benefit to pay for assistance with activities of daily living. We can get home care started before the VA processes the claim and before our clients receive VA funds.

Know "The 3 M's"

M ilitary service- Are you a veteran or the surviving spouse of a veteran who served at least 90 days on active duty, at least one day during wartime*, with an honorable discharge?
M edical need (Non-Service Connected)- Do you have a non service-connected medical condition causing you to need assistance with activities of daily living?
M oney - income & asset limits - Do you have limited income and assets? (Your home and car are exempt.)
