Home Vitality Care provides in-home and in-residence care to Houston area seniors and others who need assistance with their daily living needs. We provide our clients with 24/7 customer support. Started in 2004, we serve all of NW Houston including Spring, Tomball, Cypress, Champions, The Woodlands, and the areas between. We are here to help you or a loved one maintain a great quality of life within the secure privacy of your home.

As a locally owned and operated business we only hire experienced, compassionate and dependable personal assistants and we pride ourselves on coordinating closely with families to provide peace of mind that loved ones are safe. We are licensed, bonded and insured and provide a FREE in-home assessment.

In the event that nursing or full-time home healthcare services become required, we are happy to provide referrals to the appropriate sources. Home Vitality Care is here to help you or a loved one maintain a great quality of life within the secure privacy of your own home.

Our professional caregivers are here to serve senior citizens, those recovering from surgery, adults with disabilities, and adult who requires personal assistance.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality in-home care possible for seniors and disabled residents all across the NW Houston area. The personal assistants we work with are professionally trained, and have caring hearts and a passion for serving others. The services we offer are very flexible and tailored to the unique needs of each person we care for.

Home Care Services Include:

Companion/homemaker/personal assistance services
Serving seniors, those recovering from surgery, adults with disabilities, and others
Providing flexible hours and rates for hourly or 24 hour live-in care
Transportation services: 4 hour minimum as often time Dr. appointments take longer than usual. We try to optimize use of the full 4 hours by doing errands and Dr. Appointments together and/or providing other services like light housekeeping, laundry or a meal, depending on how much time is remaining.

Daily Support & Assistance

Check-in service once or twice a day with minimum 3 hours per service trip
Meal preparation according to client’s dietary needs
Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene
Medication reminders
Mobility assistance and helping to prevent falls
Helping with correspondence to family and friends
Providing respite care to relieve family caregivers, including hospital sitting

Household Assistance

Laundry and bed linens changes
Cleaning floors and dusting in client’s living area
Cleaning bathroom and kitchen after use, including washing dishes after meals
Organization of paperwork, cabinets or closets

Transportation Assistance

We provide transportation ONLY to clients who have signed on for our services, which can be for transportation and accompaniment only, but must meet the 4 hour minimum.
